Pilates:

The total body conditioning and toning method. Movements are designed to target your core and improve your strength and flexibility.

Kickboxing:

This class provides a fun, high energy cardio workout. Movements are inspired by the Martial arts and include quick jabs and punches paired with explosive leg kicks.

Cardio Jam:

Work out with funky moves in a dance-like style. Fun for all levels. Focuses on cardio and muscle strength.

Stretch and Tone:

Enjoy challenging yourself using weights and resistance. Focuses on core muscle groups, arms, and legs.

Personal Training:

You can now get the personal attention you have been wanting. Start out with a current personal evaluation. Then you and your trainer will develop your fitness goals. Your Peronal Trainer will offer a total fitness plan, including healthy eating, a work out schedule, and body fat indexing. Private and semi-private packages are available.
